Well or Routine coverage is a benefit where insurance companies are requiring the subscriber to share expenses. It is not uncommon to have a set dollar amount allowed for your well visits, routine exams, or physicals. Please print our insurance call form and verify your well and immunization benefits. It is important to understand that immunizations are typically under your well benefits and may fall under the same limitation.
